Yes. The clubhouse can be rented by residents of Crane's Landing.
You may request to rent the clubhouse by emailing the trustees at condotrust1@yahoo.com.
One your date is approved, you will need to provide a signed rental agreement along with rental payment, a security deposit, and an insurance ride prior to the rental. These items need to be submitted to the trustees no later than two weeks prior to the event date.
Yes. Each unit can bring 4 guests total to the pool. The guest must be accompanied by the unit owner.
Only unit owners can obtain a pool key. If the key is lost or not returned when the unit is sold, the owner will be charged $95.
No, there is not lifeguard on duty at the pool. Residents and their guests use the pool at their own risk.
No. Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool area. If you bring food and drinks you may consume them on the deck of the clubhouse. Please make sure to clean up after yourselves and remove all trash. This area is for the enjoyment of all residents.
